It was  the second scrape with the law during this  offseason  for Andrews,  who was  arrested two  days after New England's 17-14 loss to the New York Giants in Super Bowl XLII and charged with intent to distribute marijuana.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The 24-year-old Andrews, a seventh-round pick by the Pats in 2006, saw most of his time as a special teamer.
