• Edwards rebounds in Nationwide title hunt with Memphis win

  
  

  Millington, TN (Sports Network) - Carl Edwards won Saturday's Kroger on Track for the Cure 250 Nationwide Series race with a dominating performance at the Memphis Motorsports Park. The No.60 Roush Fenway Racing Ford driver led 185 of 250 laps and held off David Reutimann in a green-white-checkered finish.

  The victory was Edwards' fifth of the season and the 18th of his Nationwide career.

  He also moved to within 118 points of leader Clint Bowyer in the championship standings with just three races to go in the season.

  Kenny Wallace, Austin Dillon and Joey Logano completed the top-five. Bowyer finished 16th.
