Koivu returns from broken foot for Game 6
Boston, MA (Sports Network) - Montreal Canadiens captain Saku Koivu returned to the ice on Saturday, in Game 6 of his team's Eastern Conference quarterfinal series against Boston.
Koivu suffered a fractured bone in his left foot on March 28, and has been out since, missing Montreal's past nine games dating back to the regular season.
The 33-year-old Koivu had 16 goals and 40 assists in 77 games this season and has 36 points (13 goals, 23 assists) in 43 career playoff games.
Additionally, defensemen Mark Streit and Francis Bouillon returned for the Canadiens.
