Ducks RW Perry back in lineup
Dallas, TX (Sports Network) - Right winger Corey Perry was back in the lineup for the Anaheim Ducks on Thursday in Game 4 of their Western Conference quarterfinal series.
Perry suffered a quad injury on March 6, a 1-0 loss at Colorado. The 22-year- old led Anaheim with 29 goals in 70 games before having a tendon in his right thigh partially severed by the skate blade of Colorado netminder Jose Theodore midway through the third period.
The Peterborough, Ontario native had surgery to repair the damage and missed the final 12 games of the regular season and the first three of the playoffs.
A first-round pick (28th overall) by the Ducks in 2003, Perry has totaled 59 goals and 123 points in 208 regular season games to go along with six goals and 18 points in 32 career playoff contests.
