  • Mindy Kim wins second straight Futures title

Lake Geneva, WI (Sports Network) - Mindy Kim closed with an over-par round for the second straight event Sunday, but again it was enough for the win.

This time Kim closed with a one-over 73 to capture the title at the Duramed Futures Tour's Aurora Health Care Championship. Two weeks ago, she closed with a two-over 73 to claim her first title at the Mercedes-Benz of Kansas City Championship.

Kim ended her second straight victory at three-under-par 213.

Leah Wigger and Kristen Samp both posted three-under 69s in the final round to jump into a share of second. They were joined at even-par 216 by Briana Vega and Sarah-Jane Kenyon, who both shot 74 on Sunday.

Kim, who jumped to the top of the money list with the win, carded two birdies and a bogey on the front nine. Around the turn, she birdied the 10th. However, Kim bogeyed three of four holes from the 12th, before parring the last three to hang on for the victory.

Onnarin Sattayabanphot and Jenny Gleason shared sixth at one-over-par 217, while Whitney Wade, Annie Young and Chella Choi were one back at plus-two.
