  Englewood, CO (Sports Network) - The Denver Broncos signed wide receiver Samie Parker on Tuesday.

  Parker spent the first four seasons of his career playing for division rival Kansas City, where he has tallied 110 receptions for 1,529 yards and seven scores. The 27-year-old had 24 grabs for 298 yards and two scores last season.

  The Oregon product was a fourth-round selection by the Chiefs in the 2004 draft.

  Also on Tuesday, the team waived wide receiver Derrick Hamilton and tight end Chad Upshaw.
