• Leslie, Parker lead Sparks over Silver Stars

  
  

  Los Angeles, CA (Sports Network) - Lisa Leslie had a team-high 18 points and 12 rebounds as the Los Angeles Sparks rallied to clip the San Antonio Silver Stars, 58-53.

  Candace Parker added 17 points and 15 boards for the Sparks, who have won three in a row. Los Angeles also pulled within two games of San Antonio for first place in the Western Conference, as the Silver Stars also fell into a tie with Seattle.

  Shannon Bobbitt chipped in 10 points for LA, which outscored San Antonio 23-12 in the fourth quarter.

  Becky Hammon led the Silver Stars with 17 points and seven assists, while Ann Wauters finished with 13 points.

  San Antonio had a two-game win streak snapped.
